Enhancements to Cancellation/No Show Report (Dynamic and Legacy)

The following new columns have been added to the Cancellation/No Show Report (Dynamic and Legacy):

Field	Description
Cancellation Amount Due	Displays the cancellation amount based on the cancellation policy associated with the reservation.
Cancellation Amount Charged	Displays the actual cancellation fee charged for the reservation.
Override Date and Time	Displays the date and time when the cancellation policy or the fee was changed.
Cancellation Policy Override Reason	Displays the reason entered by the user when the cancellation policy or the fee was changed.
Original Cancellation Policy	Displays the original cancellation policy associated with the reservation.
Original Cancellation Amount	Displays the cancellation fee charged for the reservation based on the original policy associated with the reservation.
Difference	Displays the difference between the Cancellation Amount Charged and Original Cancellation Amount.

Filter options have been added to the following columns in the Cancellation/No Show Report (Dynamic):

• Existing Columns:

  • VIP

  • Company Name

  • Status

  • Cancel Date

  • Canceled By

  • Reason

  • Policy

  • Policy Overridden By

  • Room

  • Group

  • Booked Date

  • Booked By

  • Rate Plan

• New Column:

  • Original Cancellation Policy

Sort options have been added to the following new columns in the Cancellation/No Show Report (Dynamic):

• Cancellation Amount Due

• Cancellation Amount Charged

• Override Date and Time

• Original Cancellation Policy

• Original Cancellation Amount

• Difference

Users can also search for a record using the Original Cancellation Policy column. The new columns can be selected/deselected in the Column Settings screen.

A new report generation parameter, Show Overridden reservations only, has been added to the Cancellation/No Show Report (Dynamic and Legacy). When selected, only the reservations with cancellation policy and fee changes are displayed.
